NOJA Power EcoLink

Australian switchgear manufacturers NOJA Power are celebrating the release of their Type Test Reports for their EcoLink Fuse Link Mounted Reclosing Circuit breaker.

NOJA Power has received the type test reports after successful type test performance at KEMA in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

These reports validate the electrical performance of the EcoLink to the relevant product standards, and are the final hurdle for global acceptance of the EcoLink product.

“The EcoLink is one of the most Innovative products our company has developed, and we are confident it will be embraced by our customers as a fuse replacement to increase reliability and improve bush fire mitigation,” says NOJA Power Group Managing Director Neil O'Sullivan.

The NOJA Power EcoLink is an alternative device to medium voltage fuses, providing improved power system reliability for utility operators. With approximately 80% of overhead line faults being transient, the EcoLink’s reclosing capability saves utility operators outages, truck rolls, and lost revenue.

In some networks, the operational saving from a single prevented outage is enough to recover the EcoLink capital investment.

NOJA Power’s EcoLink inherits the proven reclosing technology and reliability of their OSM Recloser system. With over 100,000 OSM Recloser installations in 106 countries, the OSM Recloser architecture is field proven. With this heritage, the EcoLink is designed for a reliable service life across the industrial operating environment.

Type test reports for the NOJA Power EcoLink are available for product ordering enquiries from www.nojapower.com.au or contact your local NOJA Power Distributor.
