The role:

NOJA Power is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the face and backbone of the organisation. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors we are looking for a professional, mature and friendly person to be the face of our growing business. 

This role will be responsible for:

  • Managing the reception area including the upkeep and maintenance of reception and kitchen areas
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Managing Boardrooms & Meetings set up
  • Offer refreshments including coffee from the most amazing coffee machine!
  • Organising and distributing post
  • Organising and managing stationery 
  • Archiving and filing duties including creating new job folders
  • Helping organise and run company events such as staff BBQ’s, Annual Christmas Parties and other general events
  • Provide support to contracts team – training will be provided

Experience: You should have 3 to 5 years’ experience in software management plus:

  • Significant knowledge and current practice in development of sophisticated 32bit embedded system applications, as well as PC, iPhone and Android applications for business solutions

This exciting opportunity for a procurement professional to join an growing organization is not to be missed.

Reporting to the Finance Director, your key responsibilities include:

  • Undertake the procurement function including commercial analysis, negotiation, signing supplier agreements and award of purchase orders.
  • Source potential domestic and international suppliers to effect procurement efficiencies, including arranging tenders or other appropriate means for identifying suppliers and assist in the development and preparation of procurement, tender evaluation and supplier agreement documentation as required.
  • Administer and manage supplier agreements, by monitoring performance and initiating corrective action, where necessary, and periodically report on supplier performance and procurement plan KPIs
  • Review and agree price lists with key and main suppliers
  • Work closely with the production team to manage the logistics and procurement process of the company
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior managers regarding procurement strategies (current and under development) and the cost savings (actual and/or projected) derived from these strategies.
  • Deliver cost savings to the business through improved procurement processes.

To be successful in the role, you should possess:

  • 2-5 years Commercial experience in similar role
  • Demonstrated ability in ERP systems and process assessment, SAP experience will be highly regarded
  • Team engagement
  • Preferably business degree majoring in supply and logistics or relevant industry experience
  • International logistics experience

You must also be an exceptional communicator and able to build strong working relationships with both internal staff and external suppliers to ensure that agreed outcomes are delivered for the business.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Electronics Technician to join our Electronics team. The successful applicant will enjoy being part of an organization taking Australian technology to the world.

You will be capable of working with minimum supervision to investigate non-conforming multilayer printed circuit boards as well as troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PCA testing equipment. Your previous experience will have provided you with broad electronics knowledge and good electronics debugging skills.

Working with Production Engineers and Testers you will be responsible for liaising with PCA suppliers to ensure our products are manufactured to meet strict quality and performance criteria.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Trade qualifications in Electronics
  • The ability to read schematic diagrams
  • Experience in electronics manufacture or repair
  • The ability to analyze and fault find electronic systems and equipment to discrete component level
  • High quality soldering skills with the ability to replace components on surface mount or through hole PCB's
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Understanding of software/hardware interaction and communication interfaces.

Qualifications: You will have an Associate Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering and at least 3 years' experience with industrial electronic equipment and systems. Manufacturing experience including fault finding on multilayer SMT PCAs will be highly regarded.
